The question the other four sections are answers to: what this is for, and whether it concerns you.
Two chapters, and the first one is meant to be read in half a minute - the problem, the four things Simplon claims, what it is explicitly not, and what it costs to run. The second is the argument behind it, for a reader who has to defend the choice rather than make it: what the CI/CD process is, what a technology is, and what the link between them resolves to in the loader.
